A= PENSOLE is a Professional Development Academy that focused on the footwear industry. Founded in 2012 by D’Wayne Edwards, PENSOLE has supplied the footwear industry with over 80 footwear design leaders since 2010. You can learn more at www.pensole.com

Q= How is PENSOLE currently funded?
A= PENSOLE is currently funded from the founders personal income and has been since it was created in 2010.

Q= What is the purpose of the offering?
A= Our goal is to build a world class academy and the funds raised in this offering will go towards developing the N0.2 PENSOLE Scholarship Fund, so we can continue to provide free education, the creation of PENSOLE Innovation Studio, High School program and Diversity programs targeted towards women and minorities.

Q= What is PENSOLE Common Stock?
A= PENSOLE Common Stock does not constitute an investment in “STOCK” in the common sense of the term. PENSOLE Common Stock is a return on a donation you are making to PENSOLE.

Q= How many shares of PENSOLE Common Stock are available?
A= 50,000 shares

Q= How much do shares of PENSOLE Common Stock cost?
A= 1 Share is $150, which includes shipping and handling.

Q= Any additional fees?
A= No. Unless you live outside of the United States, and in that case, you will have to pay an additional fees for shipping.

Q= How long will the offering period be open?
A= Until January 1, 2016 or until all of the shares have sold, whichever comes first.

A= As many as you would like.

A= Yes, PENSOLE Common Stock makes for a great gift.
